From the start of this site, I have based the content on the following information from the USA Library of Congress Copyright Office.

I consider this "fair use," specifically under the definition: "Copyright protects the particular way an author has expressed himself; it does not extend to any ideas, systems, or factual information conveyed in the work."

I am expressing new ideas to published works. Yes, the copyright law is very subjective; however, before anything happens "beyond" this site (let's pretend a book actually may get published some day) I will consult with lawyers, publishing companies, and whoever else needs to be involved.
